  • I do not have specialized training to assist those navigating substance abuse or addictions. I believe in transparency and openness so that you can make the best choice in who you choose to work with.

  • Individual Therapy

    In individual therapy, we will identify your values, strengths, and goals, while using curiosity and self-compassion to explore patterns that no longer serve you. We will hold space for all parts of you and practice leaning into your truest, authentic self. My goal is to provide a safe space to process your experience, grow in self-knowing, and empower you in ‘finding your way back home’ to yourself.

  • EMDR Therapy

    Trauma can be a single disturbing life event or a series of events that alters the way you see and show up in the world. It can create significant stress and affect your life in a variety of ways. Healing trauma often involves a re-integration of the mind, body and soul. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based approach to treating trauma and can be especially effective in relieving trauma-based symptoms. EMDR is different from traditional talk therapy and it uses the knowledge of the body and brain to move through the ‘stuck’ feelings you may be experiencing.

  • Synergetic Play Therapy

    Synergetic Play Therapy

    Play is the way children express their inner world. Play therapy is an evidence-based modality that empowers children and teens to explore all parts of self in a safe and creative way. Synergetic Play Therapy is a specific kind of play therapy that focuses on relationship between therapist and client, re-patterning the nervous system, and teaching coping and regulation strategies.

  • Individual Supervision

    Connection and collaboration with other therapists are essential to providing the best care possible to clients. I believe in the importance of expanding your knowledge and skillset, prioritizing your own wellbeing, and growing in your own identity and how you show up in the therapy room.
