Hi, I’m Kate!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, trauma-informed therapist, ADHD-er, lifelong learner, and high-achieving creative. I help perfectionistic, high-achieving, and self-aware women, mothers, and mental health professionals find solace in embracing all parts of themselves (that’s right, even the perfectionism!) and move towards wholeness.

I work with those navigating anxiety, sensory overwhelm, ADHD, imposter syndrome, depression, & complex or relational trauma. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by daily life and are exhausted from trying to hold it all together.

My approach is relational, person-centered, & rooted in deep connection.

“Sometimes we get caught in this idea that someday it’s all going to be easy, but that’s not what it’s about. It’s about an ongoing process of growth, of asking who am I right now?”

A Few Kind Words.

“Working with Kate has been one of my absolute best decisions I have made for myself! Over our time together, Kate has helped me feel confident in my abilities to control what I can and let go of what I cannot control. Kate has made all the transition in my life feel a lot less scary. I’m so thankful I have a teammate in my corner reminding me that I am more than capable to handle whatever is thrown my way. Thank you always Kate, you genuinely rock!”
